What is The Panel Station?

The Panel Station is an online community of consumers who regularly share their views and opinions on a variety of issues by participating in market research surveys. By participating in these surveys, members of The Panel Station influence decision making in organizations worldwide, and help in the creation of improved products and services.

Why should I become a member of The Panel Station?

If you have a point of view on the products and services that you use in your daily life and believe that your opinion matters, then The Panel Station is the place for you. Through its surveys, The Panel Station enables you to share your views and influence decision makers across industries. What’s more, your opinions will earn you exciting prizes! Each survey you participate in will help you win reward points and a variety of gifts, instant prizes and vouchers.

How does The Panel Station make money?

The Panel Station caters to organizations and market research companies seeking authentic consumer opinions. We help them by delivering your views on issues related to their products or services and are accordingly remunerated for this service. Our members are in turn, rewarded for their time and participation in each survey.

Does the Panel Station operate in my country?

While the community's opinions reach clients and organizations worldwide, The Panel Station is currently open to the legal residents of India, Brasil, Russia, China, Mexico, Argentina, South Africa, Indonesia, Turkey, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Taiwan, Chile, Nigeria, New Zealand, Colombia, Australia, Singapore,KSA,UAE and Thailand.
How do I become a member?

You can register with us by downloading our mobile app and signing up. You can also write to us at india@thepanelstationsurveys3.com and our representatives will help you. You will be asked to provide some basic information during your account creation, as well as some information about yourself in order to participate in our numerous surveys. After you sign up you will be sent a confirmation email in order to finalize your registration.

Can other members of my household also join The Panel Station?

Sorry, but only one email address / member is allowed to register with the The Panel Station. The member who joins should be the person who wants to take most surveys. The good news is that other members of your family can still take our surveys! Look for invitations asking for opinions from "the teen in your household" or "the male in your household", etc., and ask the appropriate family member to respond. Any rewards and prizes other family members earn will be added to your rewards account.

Is membership to The Panel Station free?

Absolutely. You will not be required to make any payment to become a member of The Panel Station. On the contrary, each survey you participate in will earn you reward points which can be redeemed for vouchers and exciting prizes! The Panel Station is not going to sell you anything. We are only interested in your opinions.

Why do you need my personal information?

To ensure optimum value of your time and opinions, we will invite you only to those surveys that best match your demographic profile and interests. In order to do so, The Panel Station requires a certain level of personal information from you. This information is used only to profile each member for our surveys. What happens after I join?

We will send you an e-mail welcoming you to the panel. After that, we will contact you periodically by e-mail to ask you to take part in a survey. The e-mail will contain all the information you need to participate, including the URL to visit to take the survey. When you take a survey, you'll have the opportunity to earn points and win prizes.

In what ways will you contact me?

E-mail will be our primary means of contact. We use your e-mail address to send you invitations to participate in new surveys and to contact you with messages about The Panel Station. However, on occasion we may contact you by SMS, by calling you or by sending a postal questionnaire to your registered address. We would take your permission to do so, where possible. You will always be able to clearly identify any communication from us - emails and letters will be very clearly from The Panel Station, text messages will always say 'TPS Research', and in any phone call we will clearly tell you that it is someone calling on behalf of The Panel Station. All our surveys are for genuine research purposes and your answers will never be used to try to sell you something at a later date.

Is there a minimum period of membership?

No. While we look forward to your continued participation with The Panel Station and its surveys, you will be under no obligation to sign up with us for a minimum period of time. If at any point of time, you wish to unsubscribe or cancel your Panel Station membership, please log-in to your TPS account and click on the settings icon on the top right corner (Next to ""Welcome"") and select ""UNSUBSCRIBE"". You will then be asked to confirm your account termination.
What kind of surveys will I be asked to participate in?

Based on the information given when you register with us, we will invite you to participate in surveys that match your demographic profile and interests. Our surveys are varied and give you an opportunity to express your opinions on a number of issues. You could be asked for your feedback on an organization's advertising, put forth your view on certain products or even do a virtual shopping expedition! Certain surveys may ask you to express opinions in your own words, while others would simply require you to click on your preferred options amongst many. Our clients and the surveys they put forth, come from categories as diverse as Consumer Goods, Information Technology, Healthcare, Travel & Tourism, Financial services, etc.

How much of my time will these surveys take?

Typically, you will not receive more than 2 invitations per week. However, you might receive our profiler surveys which will help us to match you for the surveys you qualify for.

Can I choose not to do a particular survey?

Each survey we invite you for is based on a careful analysis of your profile and interests. However, if you do not wish to participate in a particular survey you could always choose not to participate in the survey. Hopefully, there will be other surveys that will interest you.
How do I activate my account?

Once you have signed up on The Panel Station, you will be sent a confirmation email with the relevant link, in order to finalize your registration. Clicking on this link will activate your account. If you have not received this email, we request you to kindly check your SPAM/PROMOTIONS folder and please make sure that @thepanelstationsurveys3.com is among your approved addresses in your spam filter. In case you no longer have the confirmation email or have not received the email we request you to kinldy write to us at india@thepanelstationsurveys3.com

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to My Station and click on "Forget your password?" Your password will then be emailed to the address provided by you when you registered with The Panel Station.

Can I change the details in my profile?

In case you wish to edit or change the information in your profile, simply log in to My Station and click on Edit profile.

How can I cancel my membership?

If at any point of time, you wish to unsubscribe or cancel your Panel Station membership, please log-in to your TPS account and click on the settings icon on the top right corner (Next to "Welcome") and select "UNSUBSCRIBE". You will then be asked to confirm your account termination.
Will I get paid for participating in surveys?

Absolutely. Your time and opinions are important to us and will be significantly rewarded. Each survey you participate in will help you win reward points which can be redeemed against gift vouchers, gifts etc.

How many points will I earn for my participation?

The chance to earn reward points begins from the moment you sign up with The Panel Station. For each survey you participate in, you could win anywhere between 500-5000 (depending on the type and complexity of the survey) reward points. For some surveys there can be sweepstakes prizes to be won rather than reward points. In addition, The Panel Station offers you many other opportunities to build your points. What are the Panel reward points worth?

Each survey you participate in could get you anywhere between 500-5000 Panel Reward points, which is equivalent approximately to Rs.50-500. These reward points can be redeemed for Gift vouchers from popular websites/companies. To know more about our points structure, request you to check our points equivalence in T&C's : here

How do I get my prize?

You can start redeeming your points the moment you have a bank of 3000 Panel reward points in your My Station account. Please note, if you unsubscribe from the service before you have accumulated a 3000-point balance or if, for reasons beyond our control we are required to suspend the service before this, we will not be able to pay the reward.

Check “My Station” to get the latest information on your points balance- earned, spent and expired, and decide how much you would like to redeem for the gift vouchers. Once you’ve decided, all you have to do is click on “Redeem” after logging in with your TPS account . You would be able to view two options, one for sweepstakes and another with all the other redemption options. You can choose any from them. The vouchers/amount, as applicable, would be sent to you within 6-8 weeks from your redeemed date.In case you have opted for sweepstakes, then you would receive the details within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to offer a substitute reward of equivalent value to the payment method you have chosen. This may occur if, for some unforeseen reason, we are unable to obtain your first choice of reward, e.g. the company issuing vouchers to us ceases to offer vouchers. We reserve the right to change the value of rewards paid for research, although it is not our intention to do this.
Can I redeem the points the moment I have completed a survey? How often will you update my Panel rewards account?

When you have successfully completed a survey, the reward is held in pending status until the entire study has drawn to a close and the data has been processed. Please keep in mind that studies can take up to a month to finish, depending on the size and complexity of the study. You're My Station account will generally be credited within 6-8 weeks of successfully completing a survey. If you have not received your credit after 6-8 weeks or a credit you were expecting has not shown up in your pending credit, please email us so that we can investigate the delay.
Are there any costs associated with redeeming points and receiving rewards?

As a Panel Station Member, participation in the Panel Rewards program is completely free for you. There are no costs to you associated with redeeming a reward. We cover all costs, including shipping and handling.
